Money matters

Ever since Mr. Tony Latter's two new books - (Hong Kong's Money: The History, Logic and Operation of the Currency Peg and Hands On, Hands Off: The Nature and Process of Economic Policy in Hong Kong) which published recently, I wanted to write up something. Today (10th Sep 2007) there is actually a great piece from the SCMP financial columnist Jake van der Kamp, so here it's is.

In short everyone who is interested in the Hong Kong economic policies, or in general economics and Hong Kong should have a read of the above, and indeed I would like to personally thank Mr. Latter for such great books - please keep up the excellent works.
